With 68 plus years of experience, Brannan Paving Co., Ltd. has grown from one hundred dollar contracts to multi-million dollar contracts. Our workers are both experienced and love their jobs.

Brannan Paving is still family owned and has Headquarters in Victoria, Texas. Brannan Paving performs work throughout the state of Texas from the Valley to Dallas, and from El Paso to Tyler.

Brannan Paving offers many different services including asphalt surface treatment application (sealcoating) and reconstruction/rehabilitation of streets, as well as specializing in all types of asphalt paving including hot rubber asphalt pavement, dust control, earthwork, soil stabilization, grading and base work.

Brannan Paving’s clientele is generally government contracts with Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) and municipalities, and in some cases, commercial development or oil field.

Brannan has created a strong reputation in the state of Texas and in the South Texas region. A strong work ethic and hard work are this company's backbone and roots. Brannan Paving enjoys giving back to the local communities including schools, churches, ministries, stock show, local sporting leagues, and non-profit organizations, to name a few.

Our Team

Kimbralee Brannan Mosman
C.E.O and President

Kimbralee Brannan Mosman is the C.E.O (Chief Executive Officer) and President of Brannan Paving. She also holds the position of Estimator for the Seal Coat Department and Rehabilitation/Reconstruction/Construction Department.

Kim received her Bachelor’s degree in Leadership from Texas A&M University in College Station in 2004. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in Kingsville in 2007 while working full-time as a Civil Engineer-in-training. Kim received her Masters of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi in 2010. She worked for 7 plus years at Urban Engineering in Corpus Christi, before coming to Brannan Paving in June of 2011. In 2014, Kim was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, and then in 2016 was promoted to C.E.O/President position.

Brian K. Lindsey
C.O.O and Senior Vice President

Brian K. Lindsey is the C.O.O (Chief Operating Officer) and Senior Vice President. He also holds the position of Senior Project Manager / Senior Estimator for the Seal Coat Department.
Brian served in the United States Air Force from 1979 to 1981 before joining the Brannan Paving team. Brian started working with Brannan Paving in May of 1982 on the Seal Coat Crew and quickly moved up within the company to Foreman position in 1986, then Supervisor in 1988. He was promoted to the Vice President position in 1990, and Senior Vice President in 2014.

Shaun Brannan
Senior Project Manager/Senior Estimator

Shaun Brannan is the Senior Project Manager/Senior Estimator for the Rehabilitation/Reconstruction/Construction Department.

Shaun started working with Brannan Paving in June of 1992 on the seal coat crew, and became Foreman position in 1998 within the Seal Coat Department. He was promoted to Supervisor in 2000 to the Rehabilitation/Reconstruction/Construction Department. Shaun became Project Manager/Estimator in 2015, and Senior Project Manager/Senior Estimator in 2018.

Waylan Brannan III
C.F.O.

Waylan Brannan III is the C.F.O. (Chief Financial Officer).

Waylan started working with Brannan Paving in June 2011 on the Seal Coat crews. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas A&M University in 2014. Waylan became a Foreman/Supervisor in 2018, and was promoted to the C.F.O. position in 2020.
